Audit reports serve as the primary mechanism for communicating findings on financial management, compliance, internal controls and programme performance across government institutions.<\/p><p data-start=\"388\" data-end=\"679\">Prepared using standardised methodologies, these reports present clear, objective and actionable insights to support transparency and informed decision making. Submission to Parliament ensures effective legislative oversight, while recommendations guide improvements within audited entities.<\/p><p data-start=\"681\" data-end=\"928\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Ongoing enhancements in reporting practices, supported by capacity development and digital tools, continue to improve the timeliness, quality and accessibility of audit outputs,
